Auto Collective is on the lookout for a Warranty Administrator to join our team for 20–25 hours per week.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, switched-on and enjoys keeping things moving. If you know automotive warranty, can spot the details others miss, and aren't afraid to follow up a claim until it's sorted — we want to hear from you!

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of the warranty process from repair order through to claim, payment and reconciliation, including:

• Preparing, submitting and managing manufacturer warranty claims

• Reviewing repair orders and documentation to make sure claims stack up

• Following up rejected, outstanding and unpaid claims

• Processing warranty credits and reconciling warranty receivables

• Invoicing warranty repair orders and processing service contract claims

• Working with manufacturers, suppliers, technicians, service teams and Accounts

• Keeping warranty records and documentation accurate and up to date

• Managing warranty parts records and disposal timeframes

• Keeping across recalls, campaigns, OEM requirements and warranty procedures

• Supporting warranty audits and continuous improvement

• Ensuring warranty repair orders are invoiced promptly after final clocking

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who:

• Has automotive warranty administration experience

• Understands dealership processes and repair orders

• Is highly organised with great attention to detail

• Is confident chasing claims and getting things resolved

• Can work independently and manage competing priorities

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills

• Is comfortable working with warranty and automotive systems

• Brings a positive, helpful and team-focused attitude
